I’m Joey Chianese, a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and mentor based in Virginia. My approach to real estate is simple yet powerful: patience, strategic investing, and long-term wealth building. I specialize in the Slow Flip model, which focuses on land contracts to make property ownership more accessible while creating steady, long-term profits.
My journey wasn’t always smooth. In 2019, I faced one of the toughest challenges of my life when I was arrested by the Department of Homeland Security. I served 10.5 months in federal prison, an experience that changed my perspective on life and success.
Rather than letting my past define me, I used it as fuel to build something better. When I got out, I had just 11 properties. Today, I own over 200. My story is proof that setbacks don’t have to be permanent. If you’re willing to adapt, learn, and push forward, success is always within reach.
The key to my success? Patience, risk-taking, and respect. The Slow Flip method isn’t for everyone—it requires waiting five years before seeing a profit—but it’s one of the most sustainable ways to create long-term wealth. I’ve stuck with this model, built my portfolio, and now enjoy a fully passive income stream while spending time with my wife and daughter.
When I’m not talking about real estate, you’ll find me exploring with my family, mentoring new investors, and sharing insights on YouTube and Skool. My mission is to help others break free from the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle and build a life of financial freedom through smart real estate investing.
Let’s connect and grow together!
